Litigation associate David L. Wahl, Jr. brings to Camden & Meridew more than 17 years of experience as a deputy prosecutor at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office in Indianapolis. Now an Indianapolis criminal defense attorney, David uses his extensive experience prosecuting major felony drug crimes, major felony handgun crimes, operating while intoxicated cases, and many other major and minor felonies to benefit his Indiana criminal defense clients with thorough insight into how prosecutors think and work.
David’s extensive trial experience includes hundreds of jury trials, court trials, and evidentiary hearings. Building on his additional prior legal experience, he also ably handles business litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, and family law matters. Litigation clients in both criminal and civil matters profit from his experience, diligence, and creative approach to each case.
David and his wife, Brenda, have a high school son, Ethan, and an intermediate/junior high school son, Andrew. In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and watching sports.
