Mary Wisehart Phillips is an Associate Attorney at Camden & Meridew, P.C. She is a third generation attorney who believes in a caring and effective approach to resolving client’s legal problems and meeting client’s legal needs. She believes in a practical and pragmatic approach while utilizing the law for lasting solutions. She is passionate about her work and has a desire to win, while understanding litigation may not be in her client’s best interest and works towards resolution outside the courtroom when possible. Mary has been in private practice since 1993 and has served as a Court Commissioner for 4 years, presiding over family law, probate, and protective order cases. Mary is an experienced litigator, registered Mediator, trained Parent Coordinator, and Family Law Arbitrator. She has earned the distinction of a Certified Family Law Specialist since 2007 by the Family Law Certification Board and is trained in Collaborative Law. She believes in our judicial system as a place that gives everyone a voice.

Mary is a proud mother of two adult children, making a positive difference in the world. She enjoys music, sports, and travel. With her competitive nature, she has completed 2 full and several half-marathons, plays sand volleyball, and pickle ball.
