Grandparent Visitation:

Generally, a grandparent may seek visitation of their child(ren) if the child’s parent is deceased, the child’s parent’s marriage was dissolved.  If the putative father of a child born out of wedlock registered with the putative father registry, then the paternal grandparents may seek visitation as well.[1]
